Adam is reporting that another bill has passed the Alabama House of Representatives to “Free the Hops”. If you don’t know about Free the Hops, the story is that Alabama has archaic beer laws dating back to prohibition and only allows beer under 6% and in under a 1 pint container to be sold. The end result of this is that 98 of the top 100 beers in the world are not available in Alabama. Free the Hops works to repeal those laws. Here’s the latest.
